Position: Improver Fitter
As an Improver Fitter, you will be paired with and work alongside a lead fitter, gaining hands-on experience in bespoke furniture installation. We value teamwork, a proactive attitude, and flexibility, especially for those balancing work with educational commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist lead fitters in installing custom joinery pieces
- Develop and refine bespoke furniture fitting skills
- Maintain a collaborative and solution-oriented approach on-site
